I have just focused on the comparison between female and male population. Using a stacked bar chart is the best way to demonstrate this type of information as you can see below.

I have chosen this particular chart as I have quite long data labels, so it is always best to display the chart horizontal. There are four different types of industry in this list: technology, beverages, automotive and diversified. One thing that has become apparent is the technology industry ranking the highest, although this is not a surprise.
